Educational and developmental toys

by admin on May 23, 2010

I have come across some really great website for educational products appropriate to help children develop particular skills.

The fundamental senses of seeing, tasting, hearing, smelling and feeling encourage a child’s curiosity and activate their mind to discover the things around their world. For many children, though, one or more of these senses may be absent or delayed. As such, sensory toys are tremendously important for these children and their development.

Selected Websites that I feel are suitable for children with;

  • Autism Spectrum Disorders
  • Sensory Processing Disorders
  • Speech and Language Delays
  • ADHD
  • Physical Disabilities
  • Cognitive and Learning Delays
  • Special needs toys Skill builders enabling devices Sense abilities Technical Solutions Australia
